Women earn only 75 percent of what men earn. It is proven that men have the higher salaries. The gap is discouraging, because, now families depend on a woman as a primary wage earner. Next, the employment rate of women is not decreasing, its INCREASING. It basically means that the average income for the profession will decrease as more women enter the world of work. Especially now, when many are fighting for the rights of women. Finally, as the economy worsens, because of the war, many salaries will decrease and women will get paid even less. However, the salary gap is starting to decrease, and women are being paid more for their abilities. Everyone is starting to see the gender discrimination behind it, and trying to do something about it.
